Don’t Miss the Health Care Compliance Preconference Program at the Staffing Law & Compliance Conference

Attendees of the next month’s ASA Staffing Law & Compliance Conference have the option of also registering for a special compliance preconference program called “Health Care Staffing: Legal and Legislative Updates,” which takes place Wednesday, May 15, 1–5 p.m. at the Westin Washington, DC, Downtown. The main conference begins at the same location the next morning and continues through May 17.

You do not have to be currently operating in the health care staffing sector to register for this newly announced program. Preconference program attendees will hear important updates about legal and legislative proposals and policies that affect a major sector of the staffing industry—including federal and state efforts to regulate staffing agencies with health care lines of business, top current and forthcoming legal issues in health care staffing, and current best practices for compliance and growth.

Separate registration is required, and preconference program attendees must be registered for the Staffing Law & Compliance Conference. Visit staffinglawconference.net to learn more and register for both events.

Participate in the ASA Quarterly Staffing Employment and Sales Survey

The association’s quarterly Staffing Employment and Sales Survey for the first quarter of 2024 is now open. Staffing companies that complete the brief survey—including search and placement firms—will have access to an exclusive report on the results, enhanced with graphs. The report, which participants can download from the ASA website, also includes an executive summary, plus sales category and sector-level data.

The data collected by this survey enable ASA to track staffing sales and gross margin trends and provide direct hire metrics. Participate in the Staffing Employment and Sales Survey by May 24 to get the staffing industry information you’re looking for.

Register to take the survey, or view the questionnaire, at americanstaffing.net/quarterly-survey. If you have questions or did not receive a survey link, email research@americanstaffing.net. There are no fees to participate.
