Microaggressions are small, subtle, sometimes unintended acts of discrimination. They can be related to a person’s race, gender, sexuality, parental status, religion, socioeconomic background, mental health, or any other aspect of our identity. Don’t miss the Aug. 18 networking call “Recognizing and Responding to Microaggressions,” 3–4 p.m. Eastern time. Learn about the three forms of microagressions, how to address microaggressions when they occur, and how to educate teams or clients on addressing and handling microaggressions.
