National Staffing Employee Week Is One Month Away—Celebrate Your Staffing Stars

National Staffing Employee Week is an annual celebration that honors the contributions of the millions of individuals employed by U.S. staffing agencies. This year’s event takes place Sept. 9–15 and will kick off with the official announcement of the 2025 National Staffing Employee of the Year and Sector All-Stars (this year, finalists will be announced prior to the winners).

During National Staffing Employee Week, ASA member companies, local associations, and industry partners will host events and activities aimed at honoring their greatest asset: their temporary and contract employees. These celebrations will include award ceremonies, appreciation luncheons, and social media campaigns showcasing the stories and successes of staffing employees.

ASA has developed materials to help members plan their own National Staffing Employee Week festivities—visit americanstaffing.net/nsew to find answers to your questions about National Staffing Employee Week, download resources, and get ideas about how to celebrate your employees.

Free ASA Webinar Today—Standardizing Your Dispute Resolution Program

Don’t miss the ASA webinar “The Benefits of Building a National ADR Program: Staying Out of Court and Mitigating Risk.” It takes place today from 2 to 3 p.m. Eastern time. Alternative dispute resolution can be a critical tool in resolving disputes and reducing risks, but if your ADR program is regional or fragmented, it may not be serving your company well.

Attorneys Neil Alexander of Littler, Sarah Kroll-Rosenbaum of Akerman, and Ariel Zion of Insight Global, along with Collin Williams of New Era ADR, will discuss how having a national ADR program that uses both mediation and arbitration, or even a combination of both, can improve productivity and possibly help keep your company out of court. Sponsored by New Era ADR.

All ASA webinars are free for ASA members, and most qualify for continuing education hours toward ASA certification renewal. To learn more and to register, visit americanstaffing.net.
