When worker shortages, a wage price spiral, and high turnover rocked the labor market in 2021 and 2022, they weren’t part of a one-time pandemic disruption. They were the first gusts of a coming storm that will hit U.S. employers within the next decade.

Senior labor economist Ron Hetrick of Lightcast will look at current state of the labor market, and what may be in store for various staffing segments, during the ASA webinar “State of Staffing: How Current and Future Labor Market Trends Will Affect Staffing.” It takes place Thursday, Dec. 19, 2–3 p.m. Eastern time.
