ASA and ClearlyRated, the association’s satisfaction survey partner, will present the second ASA State of the Industry webinar of 2020 on Thursday, June 18, 3–4 p.m. Eastern time.

The session “Fostering Inclusivity: Addressing Internal Staff Morale by Staying Focused, Aware, and Supportive” will look at the new challenges staffing firms are facing right now—a historic drop in employment, a global pandemic, and employee morale in a time of social unrest—and identify ways that employers can help internal employees navigate an emotional and uncertain time while remaining healthy and productive.
