ASA will again this year support Red Nose Day, which takes place this Thursday, May 21. The association encourages members to have fun, come together, and make a difference in the lives of children in need in the U.S. and abroad. The staff at ASA headquarters will be participating virtually, and ASA member companies are invited to join in the fun on ASA Central and social media—digital red noses can be purchased this year at rednoseday.org. On Thursday, post your photo or video on ASA Central, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using the #ASACares hashtag. The company with the most photos and videos, and highest number of engagements, will earn a donation to Comic Relief in its name and will be spotlighted by ASA. Be sure to use the hashtag, and tag ASA on social media, so that your posts and photos can be tallied. Several tools already exist that enable staffing companies to interview candidates remotely. Learn about the features that make certain video platforms powerful as recruiting tools during the second ASA Staffing Tech Insights webinar of 2020, “Getting the Most Out of Video Interviewing During the Pandemic.” It takes place Thursday, May 28, 2:30–3:30 p.m. Eastern time.
