Ready for Next Week’s Celebration of Staffing Stars?

National Staffing Employee Week, which takes place Sept. 11–17 this year, celebrates the contributions of the millions of individuals employed by U.S. staffing firms. Staffing firms across the nation will host special events honoring their greatest asset—their temporary and contract employees. To help staffing firms with their celebrations, ASA provides free materials for use throughout the week.

Show your appreciation for temporary and contract employees with free promotional tools available at americanstaffing.net/nsew, including commemorative logos, social media post templates, media outreach resources, and more.

And stay tuned for the announcement of the 2024 National Staffing Employee of the Year and industry sector All-Stars. They’ll be revealed to ASA members and the public on the first day of National Staffing Employee Week—Monday, Sept. 11.

Make the Most of Your Staffing World Experience—Add a Preconvention Program

Are you ready for Staffing World®, the industry’s biggest event? The ASA annual convention and expo, Oct. 3–5 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, NC, will give you the chance to choose among more than 30 learning sessions in 12 major content categories—including business development, talent management, technology, and more.

Among the new learning opportunities this year are preconvention programs that will take place before the convention begins:

  • THRIVE Live (presented by the ASA women in leadership interest group), featuring keynote speaker Henna Pryor of the Pryority Group—a renowned author and workplace performance expert
  • Staffing Firm Owners Masterclass, created to meet the operational and growth-focused needs of staffing firm owners in an increasingly dynamic industry—where relationships are often as important as experience
  • Recruiting Masterclass, designed specifically for recruiters working in today’s multichannel, talent-driven, technology-enabled staffing landscape

These preconvention programs take place Monday, Oct. 2, and Tuesday, Oct. 3; separate registration is required. Visit staffingworld.net to learn more and register.
