Senior copywriting contractor Nichole Dubil of Cella by Randstad Digital is the 2026 National Staffing Employee of the Year. The announcement marks the beginning of National Staffing Employee Week, which runs this year from Sept. 8 to 14 and highlights the achievements of the millions of temporary and contract employees hired by U.S. staffing agencies each year.
Dubil will be formally honored and celebrated by staffing industry professionals from around the country at Staffing World®, the ASA annual convention and expo, Oct. 6–8 in Orlando, FL.
