According to a study by Robert Half International, employers are increasingly willing to negotiate on salary. The staffing firm found that 38% of 1,600 chief financial officers surveyed are more willing to negotiate salary with leading candidates than they were 12 months ago. Only 5% said they are less willing to negotiate.
