The 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which contained significant tax relief for the staffing industry, will expire at the end of this year without congressional action. Marc Gerson of Miller & Chevalier Chartered will provide insight into the effect of the 2024 elections on the tax legislative agenda and the potential that the expiring TCJA tax relief provisions may be extended.
