Win-Tech, a Kennesaw, GA, manufacturer, has been trying for more than a year to hire manual machinists, quality control inspectors, and machinists skilled in the use of computer-controlled systems. The company has advertised locally and on popular online recruiting Web sites, such as Monster.com. Win-Tech says it may eventually hire workers who are not fully skilled, and then train them.
