Robert Fowler, a New Hampshire man diagnosed with hepatitis C, is suing Nebraska-based Triage Staffing Inc., alleging the staffing firm was negligent in hiring, employing, and supervising David Kwiatkowski, a traveling medical technician who worked for the firm. Fowler’s lawyer, Domenic Paolini, says Triage should have known about the likelihood that Kwiatkowski would cause harm and that the staffing firm intentionally misrepresented his qualifications and employment history.
