David Kwiatkowski, the former temporary medical technician at the center of a hepatitis C outbreak, has been indicted by a grand jury on 14 federal charges. Prior to working in New Hampshire, Kwiatkowski worked in seven other states as a temporary medical technician. He was arrested in July for stealing syringes filled with pain medication, which he would inject into himself and then reuse on patients. Kwiatkowski denies the charges.
