ManpowerGroup reported a decrease in net earnings from $63.6 million in the fourth quarter of 2011 to $53.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2012. A reorganization charge tied to office consolidations and severance costs of $26.6 million is included in the fourth-quarter figure. Net earnings fell to $197.6 million for all of 2012 from $251.6 million in 2011. U.S. revenues fell from $765.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2011 to $750.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2012, and from $3.137 billion in 2011 to $3.010 billion in 2012 (unchanged in constant currency). The company’s revenues totaled $5.2 billion in the fourth quarter, down 5% from the prior year, and $20.7 billion for all of 2012, marking a decline of 6% from 2011.
