Robert Half International Inc. reported net income of $58.6 million for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2012, on revenues of $1.03 billion. Net income for the prior year’s fourth quarter was $42.6 million on revenues of $973.5 million. For the year ended Dec. 31, net income was $209.9 million, on revenues of $4.11 billion. U.S. staffing revenue grew 9.6% in the fourth quarter of 2012.
Harold M. Messmer, Jr., chairman and chief executive officer of Robert Half International, noted that “revenue growth in our staffing operations reflects ongoing demand for skilled talent on an interim and full-time basis, most notably in the U.S.”
The Accountemps division had $379.2 million in revenues for the fourth quarter (36.7% of the company total), while OfficeTeam had $208.4 million (20.1%).
