TeamHealth Holdings News Release (02/05/13)

Team Health Holdings Inc. has reported net earnings of $14.8 million for the fourth quarter of 2012, compared with $13.3 million for the same period in 2011. Net earnings for the full year of 2012 totaled $63.8 million, down from $65.5 million the previous year.

Net revenue for the fourth quarter of 2012 increased 17.9% to $544.8 million over the prior year fourth quarter. Acquisitions contributed 10.9%, same contracts contributed 3.8%, and new contracts, net of terminations, contributed 3.2% of the increase in quarter-over-quarter growth in net revenue.

Net revenue for the year increased 18.5% to $2.07 billion from $1.75 billion in fiscal 2011. Acquisitions contributed 11.0%, same contract revenue contributed 3.5%, and new contracts, net of terminations, contributed 4.0% of the increase in year-over-year growth in net revenue.
