Hudson Global Inc. reported revenues of $184.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2012, down 17.3% from the fourth quarter of 2011. The company reported a net loss of $0.3 million for the fourth quarter, versus net income of $3.3 million during the same period in 2011. Revenues totaled $777.6 million for all of 2012, down 16.7% from 2011. For all of 2012, the company reported a net loss of $5.3 million, compared with net income of $10.9 million the prior year. The Hudson Americas unit reported revenues of $39.5 million for the fourth quarter, down from $47.8 million, and $169.2 million for all of 2012, down from $192.2 million in 2011.
