Kelly Services News Release (11/06/13)

Kelly Services Inc. reported $1.346 billion in revenue for the third quarter of 2013, down 0.6% from $1.354 billion during the same period last year. Net earnings totaled $18.8 million, up 13.5% from $16.6 million in the third quarter of 2012.

The company reported revenues of $865.3 million for the Americas, down 4.3% year-to-year from $903.8 million. However, president and chief executive officer Carl Camden noted, “The Americas delivered a nice turnaround in fee performance, and KellyOCG brought in strong revenue growth and outsized operating profits.” Revenue from KellyOCG, the outsourcing and consulting services group, totaled $126.9 million, up 21.2% from $104.7 million.
