According to the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, the U.S. unemployment rate will most likely hit 6.5% during the first quarter of 2015. The U.S. Federal Reserve has signaled it will consider increasing short-term interest rates when unemployment hits the 6.5% threshold.
