CTPartners News Release (03/12/14)

CTPartners Executive Search Inc. reported net revenues of $34.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2013, up 13.6% from $30.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2012, and $130.3 million for all of 2013, up 1.5% from $128.4 million in 2012. Net income totaled $0.1 million in the fourth quarter, compared with a net loss of $1.5 million in the year-ago period, and a net loss of $1.6 million for the full year, compared with a net loss of $3.6 million in 2012. North American revenue totaled $20.3 million in the fourth quarter, up 19.7% from $17 million, and $78.1 million for the full year, up 0.7% from $77.6 million.

The number of people applying for unemployment benefits fell by 9,000 to 315,000 in the week ended March 8, the lowest level since the end of November, according to the U.S. Department of Labor. Economists surveyed by Bloomberg had forecast claims would rise to 330,000. The four-week moving average declined to 330,500 last week from 336,750.
