Dating website eHarmony plans to launch a new company, Elevated Careers by eHarmony, in December that will match job applicants with potential bosses. Applicants and bosses will be matched with a career-oriented version of the compatibility assessment the company uses to match people seeking a romantic partner.
A recent study by ASA corporate partner CareerBuilder found 21% of full-time employees want to change jobs, up from 17% last year. eHarmony founder and chief executive officer Neil Clark Warren hopes the new company will contribute to happier employee-employer relationships.
