The private sector added workers at a slower pace in November, according to Automatic Data Processing Inc. Private payrolls rose by 208,000 jobs. Economists surveyed by the Wall Street Journal had forecast an increase of 223,000 jobs. The October gain was revised up to 233,000 from 230,000.
