TSR Inc., an information technology and technical services staffing company based in New York, reported revenue of $15.2 million for the first quarter, up 11.3% from $13.7 million a year ago. Net income totaled $134,000, up from $25,000 a year ago.
Buyers of a business generally expect sellers to be responsible for certain liabilities relating to when the seller owned its business—a concept mergers and acquisitions professionals refer to as indemnification.
