ASA has become aware of unauthorized third parties reaching out to attendees and claiming they can assist with hotel reservations at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. These companies are not affiliated with ASA or Staffing World, and their offers may be misleading or fraudulent.

Staffing World attendees can secure hotel reservations by calling the Gaylord Palms directly or by using the online reservation form available on the Staffing World website. If calling the Gaylord Palms directly, be sure to mention Staffing World to receive the special room rate.

Booking through any other source puts attendees at risk of overpaying or of their reservations not being honored by the hotel. ASA does not work with outside hotel vendors, and no third party is authorized to contact attendees on the association’s behalf.
