Washington, DC-based eTERA Consulting, a provider of data and technology management solutions, has acquired Chicago-based Discovery Services LLC, a provider of managed review and legal staffing solutions. Ashish Prasad, founder of Discovery Services, will have a leadership role in the combined entity.
