Elwood, CSP, of Elwood Staffing Services Inc. is chairman; Lesa Francis, CSP, of Staffmark is first vice chairman; Susan Dietrich, SPHR, of TOPS Staffing LLC is second vice chairman; and Kelly McCreight, CSP, of the Hamiliton-Ryker Cos. is treasurer.
