The U.S. Supreme Court has ordered the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit to reconsider Lynchburg, VA-based Liberty University’s challenge to the federal health care law in light of the high court’s decision to uphold the law. Experts say the appeals court will decide on issues it chose not to rule on previously and address issues not addressed by the high court.
