The staffing industry is playing a critical role in the delivery of essential services and products to the nation as it continues to navigate the Covid-19 pandemic. Is your company providing temporary and contract workers who perform essential work—to hospitals and other health care facilities; groceries, pharmacies, and other retailers; or other components of the consumer supply chain? If so, ASA wants to hear from you.
Share information about company initiatives to address skills gap challenges to place candidates in essential jobs. Talk about serving as a strategic partner to clients during this difficult time. Explain how your firm has used creative means to recruit candidates. Stories like this are especially useful, as are examples of the difference your firm is making in the communities where your employees work.
Your company could be spotlighted in a national ASA public relations campaign, association website and publications, and beyond. Visit americanstaffing.net for more information and to share your stories.
