Are you looking to support your colleagues and help advance future leaders in the staffing and recruiting industry? Enroll as a mentor in the ASA Mentor Match program. Mentor Match allows members to make valuable industry connections, define career goals, and gain insight from staffing peers. The goal of the program is to help members grow professionally and network with fellow ASA members.

Participate in the Quarterly ASA Staffing Employment and Sales Survey

The association’s quarterly Staffing Employment and Sales Survey for the first quarter of 2025 is now open. Staffing companies that complete the brief survey—including search and placement firms—will have access to an exclusive report on the results, enhanced with graphs. The report, which participants can download from the ASA website, also includes an executive summary, plus sales category and sector-level data.

The data collected by this survey enable ASA to track staffing sales and gross margin trends and provide direct hire metrics. Participate in the ASA Staffing Employment and Sales Survey by May 23 to get the staffing industry information you’re looking for.

The American Staffing Association’s call for subject matter experts is currently open. Do you have insights that are essential to the staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions industry that you’d like to share with the ASA community? Submit your proposal today for your chance to present an ASA webinar or speak at Staffing World®, the ASA annual convention and expo.

Staffing World 2025 takes place Oct. 6–8 in Orlando, and slots are available for Speed Talks (10-minute talks on topics important to the industry). Proposals are due May 31.

ASA webinars (60-minute presentations on a topic important to the industry) take place virtually, usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Proposals are accepted throughout the year.

Find out how your payroll and benefits programs compare with industry peers—the ASA Staffing Compensation and Benefits Survey provides the only comprehensive view of corporate employee salaries and benefits in the staffing industry.

Report data are based on peer input from more than 50 staffing companies and provide compensation benchmarks for 27 positions specific to the staffing industry, in addition to general benchmarks about benefits offerings. The reports are based on data for fiscal year 2023 collected in 2024.
