TeamHealth has expanded its presence in three states—Ohio, New Jersey, and Wisconsin. The company expanded its Ohio presence through the acquisition of the operations of North Central Emergency Associates LLC, the group that manages and staffs the hospital emergency departments for Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, OH, and the Bellevue Hospital in Bellevue, OH.

Meanwhile, TeamHealth has expanded its New Jersey presence through the acquisition of South Jersey Emergency Physicians PA, the group that manages and staffs the emergency department for Virtua Memorial in Mount Holly, NJ. Finally, TeamHealth has expanded its Wisconsin presence through a transaction involving the principals of Racine Emergency Physicians SC, the group that manages and staffs the emergency department for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare—All Saints hospital in Racine, WI.
