Resources Connection Inc. Reports Fourth Quarter and Year-End Results for Fiscal 2013

Resources Connection Inc. reported revenue of $140.2 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013, down 3.6% from the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012. U.S. revenue fell 0.4% over the same period. The company’s net income for the fourth quarter was $5.3 million, down from $8.9 million a year ago.

The company also reported revenue of $556.3 million for fiscal 2013, down 2.7% from $571.8 million in fiscal 2012. Net income declined from $41.1 million in fiscal 2012 to $20.5 million.
