ASA Temporary Help Wage Tool Updated and Expanded
Get employment and wage estimates for more than 800 occupations by state—with a focus on the temporary help services industry. The ASA Temporary Help Wage Tool has been revised to provide more state-level detail than ever before and redesigned in a simpler layout.
This resource allows ASA members to benchmark temporary and contract worker wages against combined industry averages. Use the data to inform strategic decisions and support discussions with clients regarding pay rates for specific jobs.

Free ASA Webinar Next Week—Developing Future Leaders
It can be difficult to know who to promote when a branch needs a manager. Too often, companies promote for tenure rather than for talent—increasing the likelihood that the new manager will burn out, other employees will leave, customer service will suffer, and profits will drop. Learn how to identify and develop strong leaders so you can make the best advancement decisions during the ASA webinar “Leadership and Culture Building—Focus on the Front Line to Improve the Bottom Line,” brought to you by the Women In Leadership interest group. It takes place Tuesday, April 7, 3–4 p.m. Eastern time.
All ASA webinars are free for ASA members, and most qualify for continuing education hours toward ASA certification renewal. To learn more and to register, visit americanstaffing.net.
