Learn About the Legal Implications of Technological Tools at the ASA Staffing Law Conference

The 2023 ASA Staffing Law Conference takes place May 18–19 at the Grand Hyatt Washington in Washington, DC. It’s the only event dedicated exclusively to the legal and regulatory issues facing staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions companies, and will feature the session “The IT Factor: Emerging Technologies and Potential Liability.”

The dramatic increase in the use of technology to recruit, screen, select, and assign candidates—such as artificial intelligence, applicant tracking systems, biometrics, and many others—has increased the risk of lawsuits claiming discrimination based on citizenship, national origin, race, and other characteristics, as well as privacy claims. In this session, industry veterans Helen L. Konrad of McCandlish Holton PC and Christy S. Hawkins of Akerman LLP will help you avoid enforcement and class action liability under ever-expanding immigration, civil rights, and workplace privacy laws.

Visit staffinglawconference.net to reserve your spot. But hurry—after this Friday rates will increase. And you can save even more when you register more than five people from your company.
