Don’t miss your chance to get the staffing and recruiting data you need. The deadline to participate in the association’s quarterly Staffing Employment and Sales Survey for the third quarter of 2022 is this Friday, Nov. 25.

After completing the survey, you will be able to access an exclusive online report archive, which includes benchmarks for the number of direct hire searches and permanent placements, sector-specific gross margin trends, and payroll and productivity metrics by company size. Register to take the survey at americanstaffing.net/quarterly-survey. There are no fees to participate.

Be an Industry Champion, Invest in ASA Certification Today

Want to be a greater asset to your clients and talent? Want to send a strong message to your staffing firm employees that you value them and their careers? Want to differentiate yourself and your company now and into 2023? If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, then right now is the perfect time to invest in yourself, your team, and your staffing company.

“After more than four years of experience in the staffing industry, I wanted to take steps to advance my career, set myself apart from other staffing professionals, and prove to myself that this is the right career path for me,” says Lauren Brown, CSP, of J. Kent Staffing Inc. “The exam elevated what I already knew and has already impacted how I manage staff and handle the prescreen/interview process.” Brown earned her Certified Staffing Professional designation and shared her experience in a recent issue of Staffing Success magazine.

Learn more about how you and your staffing company can position yourselves for the best possible start in 2023 by investing in an ASA certification package. Visit americanstaffing.net/certification or reach out to an ASA certification team member at certification@americanstaffing.net.
