Tomorrow’s ASA Webinar Nearly at Capacity—Supreme Court Upholds Affordable Care Act Subsidies

Don’t miss tomorrow’s ASA webinar “The King v. Burwell Decision and Its Effect on the Affordable Care Act,” 3–4 p.m. Eastern time.

ASA experts will discuss the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent ruling on King v. Burwell, upholding Affordable Care Act subsidies under both federally run and state-run exchanges, and explain how this decision affects staffing firms. Space is limited, so register today.

Presenters will discuss

  • How to deal with notices from health care exchanges that employees have been granted tax subsidies
  • Employers’ ability to appeal those determinations
  • How the court’s ruling affects the chances Congress will repeal or significantly change the ACA—including redefining full-time employees as those who work 40 hours a week
  • Staffing firm compliance issues going forward, including key changes in the “play or pay” rules for 2015 and 2016
