Happening Next Week—Get the Timely Legal Content You Need at the ASA Staffing Law Conference

The ASA Staffing Law Conference is the only event dedicated exclusively to the legal and regulatory issues facing staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions companies. This year’s event takes place May 5–6 at the Grand Hyatt Washington in Washington, DC.

New and veteran staffing professionals alike will benefit from two packed days of learning and networking and the industry’s most reliable legal content for your firm, including sessions on the Great Resignation, remote work, immigration enforcement, and more.

ASA-certified professionals can earn up to 5.75 hours of legal continuing education credit—nearly enough CE to cover the legal CE requirement for your entire three-year renewal cycle. ASA has applied for preapproved Continuing Legal Education credit hours in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Attendees seeking CLE hours for these states should fill out this form. Attendees from other states can email certification@americanstaffing.net for information about attendance tracking and documentation.

Look over the session descriptions and then visit staffinglawconference.net to reserve your seat.

The association’s quarterly Staffing Employment and Sales Survey for the first quarter of 2022 is now open. Staffing companies that complete the brief survey by May 20 receive an exclusive report on the results, which includes gross margin, sector-level, and search and placement data.

Register to take the survey, or view the questionnaire, at americanstaffing.net/quarterly-survey. If you have questions or did not receive a survey link, email research@americanstaffing.net. There are no fees to participate.
