National Staffing Employee Week Begins Today—Meet the 2025 National Staffing Employee of the Year and Sector All-Stars

To kick off National Staffing Employee Week, ASA today announced that Amanda Alexander, Ph.D., is the 2025 National Staffing Employee of the Year. Alexander, a civilian operational psychologist for the U.S. Air Force 57th Rescue Squadron, works through the Arora Group. ASA also named National Staffing Employee of the Year All-Stars in the five staffing industry sectors.

Alexander will be formally honored and celebrated by staffing industry professionals from around the country at Staffing World®, the ASA annual convention and expo, Oct. 22–24 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, TN.

Sponsored by StaffPro3, a division of PMC Insurance, the National Staffing Employee of the Year and All-Star awards honor current or former temporary or contract employees whose extraordinary stories of staffing success best exemplify one or more of the industry’s key messages of bridging into permanent employment, job flexibility, and access to a new career field.

National Staffing Employee Week, Sept. 9–15 this year, honors the contributions of millions of temporary and contract employees who work for U.S. staffing and recruiting companies each day.
