The association’s quarterly Staffing Employment and Sales Survey for the first quarter of 2025 is currently open—but the deadline to participate is this Friday, May 23.

Participants that complete the survey will be able to access an exclusive online report archive, which includes benchmarks for the number of direct hire searches and permanent placements, sector-specific gross margin trends, and payroll and productivity metrics by company size.

Get Insights From Industry Peers—Participate in the ASA Mentor Match Program

ASA provides a resource designed for staffing industry professionals interested in being part of valuable mentoring relationships—the ASA Mentor Match platform.

Mentor Match allows members to make valuable industry connections, define career goals, and gain insight from staffing peers. The program is about growing professionally and networking with fellow ASA members.

ASA Staffing Compensation and Benefits Survey Reports Are Now Available

The ASA Staffing Compensation and Benefits Survey report, which provides the only comprehensive view of corporate employee salaries and benefits in the staffing industry, is now available for purchase.

Report data are based on peer input from more than 50 staffing companies and provide compensation benchmarks for 27 positions specific to the staffing industry, in addition to general benchmarks about benefits offerings. The reports are based on data for fiscal year 2023 collected in 2024.
