The Law and You—The End of a Forced Arbitration Era

A new law lets employees choose to pursue sexual harassment and sexual assault claims via private arbitration or a more public setting. The legislation, seen as a victory in the #MeToo movement, will effectively end mandatory arbitration of sexual assault and harassment disputes. In the latest issue of Staffing Success magazine, learn more about the new law and what it means to employers.
