The Law and You—The End of a Forced Arbitration Era

A new law lets employees choose to pursue sexual harassment and sexual assault claims via private arbitration or a more public setting. The legislation, seen as a victory in the #MeToo movement, will effectively end mandatory arbitration of sexual assault and harassment disputes.
