Free ASA Webinar Tomorrow—California’s Workplace Violence Prevention Law

Don’t miss tomorrow’s ASA webinar “California Workplace Violence Prevention Program Requirements: What Staffing Firms Should Do Now to Comply With SB 553,” 2–3 p.m. Eastern time. A new California law that takes effect July 1 requires employers to establish and maintain a written workplace violence prevention plan. Seyfarth Shaw attorneys Patrick Joyce and Ilana Morady will review the requirements of the law and staffing firms’ obligations are under the law.

All ASA webinars are free for ASA members, and most qualify for continuing education hours toward ASA certification renewal. To learn more and to register, visit americanstaffing.net.
